Before you sign a C&I contract

• Every claim in writing. If a term is not in the contract, it does not exist.
• Read the structure. Who profits from augmentation, exclusivity, or the monitoring subscription tells you where the risk sits.
• Compute effective €/kWh over the duty cycle — the cheapest system on offer is often the most expensive to own.
• Verify spare-parts geography. A 48-hour response means nothing without parts in-region.
• Demand the documentation pack your insurer and lender will ask for — commissioning depth, warranty substance, end-of-life terms.
