The figure, published by homeowner association Vereniging Eigen Huis, confirms that the Dutch retrofit incentive stack remains one of the largest per-household support pools in the Benelux. According to Vereniging Eigen Huis, the ISDE 2026 budget for home retrofits is set at more than €500 million.
